TIDES is the primary delivery body Stamped should engage to unlock central and state instruments that require incubation (SISFS, NIDHI family, many MeitY and UK policy benefits).

- Clarify which of SISFS / NIDHI-EIR / PRAYAS windows TIDES can sponsor in the next 1–2 quarters.
- Incorporate (Pvt Ltd or LLP) in Uttarakhand in parallel; apply DPIIT recognition.
- File the first instrument TIDES can actively sponsor (often SISFS or EIR/PRAYAS).
